用途与特点：
新型有机肥二合一造粒机是我司新研制开发的一种组合式造粒机产品，它采用湿法连续推杆造粒新工艺设计制造，利用高速回转的机械搅拌力及由此产生的摩擦力，使细粉状物料在机内连续实现混合，成粒、球化、致密、抛光等过程，从而达到造粒的目的，同时具备转股造粒机的优势和特点，此机不但可对多种有机物进行造粒，也可生产制作复混肥颗粒，同时对使用常规设备难以成粒的粗纤维物料，如：农作物秸秆、酒糟、糠醛渣，菌渣、药渣、动物粪便等，经发酵后就可造粒，而且对腐植酸及城市污泥等原料也能达到很好的造粒效果。

New Type of Drum-Stirring Granulator Machine is a new type of granulator, is a combined type granulator machine developed by our company. It is designed and manufactured with a new technology of wet continuous push rod granulation, using the mechanical stirring force of high speed rotary and the resulting friction force, to make the powdery material continuous mixing、granulating、balling、compacting and polishing inside the machine, to achieve the purpose of material granulation. It has the the advantages and characteristics of the Drum Granulator Machine, can granulate a variety of organic materials, compound-organic fertilizer, and coarse fiber materials, which is difficult to granulate with traditional equipment, such as crop straw, distiller's grains, furfural dregs, fungus residue, drug residue, animal feces etc,can be granulate after fermentation, and can achieve good granulation effects on humic acid and municipal sludge.
